30-Day Limited Warranty

Cascade Range Systems warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects that occur as a result of the manufacturing process, including:

• Printing errors
• Material defects
  

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Cascade Range Systems will, at our discretion, replace the product or issue a refund.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Damage caused by environmental conditions (including but not limited to extreme heat, moisture, solvents, or abrasion)
• Modifications or alterations made after delivery
• Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact Cascade Range Systems within 30 days of delivery and provide:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photographs clearly showing the defect

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Cascade Range Systems shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
